Is your shop ethical?
Southern Sea Witch has always endeavoured to ensure that its products are sourced as ethically and sustainably as possible. Because this is important to us, and due to the crystals and minerals industry not being regulated or seen as a fair trade product, all the Southern Sea Witch crystal or mineral products have been carefully researched and sourced from trusted, like-minded sellers and suppliers, as well transparent, ethical wholesalers who have visited the mines themselves to see their conditions. Our impact on the environment is important to us so all packaging is either recyclable or (in the case of requiring bubblewrap for a delicate item) reused from previous packaging. When can I expect my order?
Once you have placed an order, depending on the size and type of order (ie custom), your order will be processed and packed ready to be posted within 3-5 working days. If you have chosen the standard Royal Mail 2nd class signed for delivery, your order should be with you within 2-3 working days after posting. If there are any unforeseen delays, you will be notified via email.
